2024 Virtual Annual Meeting Notice
The Bluff at Dunn's Hollow HOA will hold its 2024 Annual Meeting on
Wednesday - January 17th, 2024, via Zoom Webinar at 6:00PM. Members must Pre-Register using
this link, by no later than January 17th at 12pm . Members not registered will not be able to enter the meeting. Only one household member may register for the meeting. Members who join via call only, will not be able to vote in the election.The Notice of Meeting packet is available to view

Immediately following the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors will hold a Called Meeting to elect Officers.

January, 2023
Online ACH Signup for 2023 Closing on 1/26/2023
The online signup for the payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment is closing at 5pm, Thursday, 1/26/2023.
1. To allow for validation and processing time, residents signing up between now and 1/26 will have their first payment scheduled for February 6, 2023.
2. You will receive an email confirming your successful online signup. If there is a problem with your banking information, you will receive another email before 2/6/2023 informing you of the problem, and giving you time to get corrected information back to us.
3. Late fees are not charged on 2/1 for approved and validated ACH signups.
4. If you are not able to sign up for ACH payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment, your payment is due in our office no later than 5pm on January 31
st. Accounts not paid by 5pm on that day will be charged late fees and interest per the posted collections policy.

Login Password Reset
All user passwords were reset on 4/4/2021 to their original default passwords. This action was necessary due to an unplanned server migration by our internet hosting provider. If you never changed your password to a custom password that only you knew, nothing has changed for you. If, however, you had changed your password, please use the original default password you were assigned when your account was created.

Internet Service Update
Dear Bluff at Dunns Hollow residents-
We’ve just learned that
Grande Communications is about to start scheduling appointments to turn on internet service in the neighborhood. Longtime residents, your rescue is close at hand!
Mr. Colby has provided me with a direct number to the person at Grande who is taking down your information, and who will be calling you next week to schedule the service appointment,
if you have already called in to get your name on the list. Please contact our office for the number.
As a reminder, the HOA does not provide or endorse broadband or telecom service, however, given the unusual circumstances by which the entire subdivision has been built without broadband, it seems appropriate to use our resources to send this information out to all residents with an email address on file.
